NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL

The October Charlwood full Parish Council meeting takes place on Monday the 21st October at the Pavilion, Charlwood at 7:30pm. Members of the public are invited to attend in person along with Councillors. Members of the public wishing to put questions to the Parish Council at the meeting should contact the Clerk at clerk@charlwoodparishcouncil.gov.uk. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.

Please be aware that during the Public Questions section of the meeting, you have the right to speak for no more than 3 minutes to put your question to the Parish Council. Please note that the Parish Council may not be able to answer some questions at the meeting as further discussions may be needed and therefore the question may be deferred to the next meeting for discussion and resolution.
Please note that if you are not attending and wish your question to be raised at the meeting, you need to email the Clerk before 12pm on the 15th October.
